Payment

We accept all major credit cards (apart from AmEX) – we also accept PayPal – there is an option at the check out to choose which method you prefer.

If a refund is requested we will refund the customer to the card used in the purchase after we have picked the item up.

Delivery Service

  • Delivery is Free for all furniture within mainland UK
  • Items in stock will be delivered within 1-2 weeks from date of order
  • All deliveries are booked in with the customer at least 3 days prior to the delivery date
  • Customers can delay the delivery date if initial date is not suitable
  • Customers will be given an approximate 3 hour time slot
  • The driver will give you a courtesy call approx 1 hour prior to delivery
  • Delivery is into a downstairs room of your choice
  • For delivery outside mainland UK please call or email us for a quote
  • If you agree to a delivery date and the when the driver arrives you are out, a delivery charge will then be charged for re delivery
  • Returns

    We take the utmost care when delivering your furniture,. It is wrapped and packed by hand. If however you are completely not satisfied when it arrives, please get in touch.

    • You can return the goods within 14 days after receiving goods.
    • Returns are free – unless item is bought on sale and then we charge for pick up at cost.
    • Please note: We request you keep the packaging intact so we can resell.
    • Please call us or email us so that we can arrange for the pick up.
    • Refunds will be issued after goods have been received into our warehouse.

    Damages

    • If the goods are damaged we ask you to inform us within 48 hours.
    • We will then arrange pick up of damaged goods and delivery of new item on the same date.

    faqs

    Q: Can you deliver to Ireland?

    A: Yes, but at the moment the cost is approx £100 – we are trying to find a cheaper carrier – please call us to arrange delivery to Ireland.

    Q: Can I request a delivery date?

    A: At the moment after your order has been placed, you will be offered a date of delivery – if this is unsuitable you can refuse and the the delivery company will contact you a week later with another date.

    Q: Are items assembled or flat packed?

    A: All items are fully assembled.

    Q: What do I do with a coupon code.

    A: If you have a coupon/ offer code, please enter it into the box that says: enter offer code – on the cart page, then click Proceed.

    Care instructions 

    All items can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

    Black gloss items will scratch if abrasive objects are moved along the surface, to stop this happening please place objects on a placemat or fabric
